TechSafe Labour Mobility is an independently developed recruitment-management platform created in Vanuatu to make worker preparation, employer cooperation and recruitment oversight more organised and transparent.
Our purpose
Our purpose is to reduce fragmented records and improve communication between workers, recruiting agents, employers and authorised officials. The system maintains a clear history of worker registration, documents, verification, campaigns and employer decisions.
Our approach
We believe recruitment should be consent-based, traceable and respectful of worker privacy. Access is controlled by role, and employers only receive candidate information and approved documents deliberately shared for their campaign.
Current status
The platform is a private operational pilot. Any recruitment services remain subject to Vanuatu Government authorisation and the requirements of the relevant Australian PALM or New Zealand RSE programme. It is not a government platform and does not guarantee employment or visa approval.
